Chester Ghostbuster!
This one was very exciting for me. I got to design a Ghostbuster version of Chester and it hit all my 80s vibes. This was a partnership between Cheetos and the newest Ghostbuster movie, Frozen Empire.
First I did some loose sketches to get the desired pose.
The Ghostbuster folks provided me a 3d file of a proton pack from the newest move. I brought that into C4d and found the angle I wanted, textured and render it.
Next was adding some slime since the finished product was to have Slimer in it as well. So I blocked in where I wanted to put the slime by comping my illustration back into C4d.
Then I fine tuned the slime by sculpting in Zbrush.
I brought it back into C4d for texturing, lighting and rendering. Composite and DONE! I ain't afraid!
